Ordering
Age Restriction - by placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we are unsure of this.

Order Confirmation - you are deemed to have placed an order with us only when payment has been accepted by us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to confirm your order and acceptance of valid payment.

We may refuse to accept an order:

• where goods are not available;
• where we can not obtain authorisation of your payment;
• where there is insufficient identification provided;
• if there has been a pricing or product description error.

Delivery
You must be aged 18 or over to use our service. Our courier Parcelforce Worldwide practices Challenge 25 and will require ID for proof of age if you look under the age of 25, please have your ID ready. Please ensure any neighbours that are accepting delivery also have ID to hand. Passports & UK Driving Licenses only. Our courier will return your parcel & your order will be cancelled/refunded if delivery is denied.

UK mainland standard delivery charges.
Watchet Cider Company will only deliver to addresses within England and Wales only. If you would like Watchet Cider Company products delivered to you and you are outside of mainland England or Wales please contact us for a quotation.

Our UK delivery is within 7 working days by courier from orders being placed.

Where Bank or Public Holidays occur delivery will be delayed.

Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives. If out when the package is delivered our couriers will leave their contact details. It will then be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery, or to collect the package from there depot.

You can select to leave the package in a safe place such as a neighbours house, coal shed etc. Please note - Watchet Cider Company can not guarantee delivery unless the parcel is signed on delivery by someone living at the stated address and whom is over the age of 18.

Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, our chosen courier may not be able to deliver within the specified time frame therefore, if you are ordering for a special date or event, then please order in advance leaving time for any possible delay in delivery.

Watchet Cider Company cannot be held responsible for, and cannot accept the return and refund of deliveries that do not arrive on time due to the fault of the courier.

Watchet Cider Company accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond their control; for example adverse weather or global pandemics.

Watchet Cider Company must be notified immediately of any breakages, shortfalls or missing deliveries errors and omissions excepted.

Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Returns
All our products leave the warehouse in perfect condition and by using a specialist delivery service and packing our ciders carefully in high quality boxes we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen, similarly goods may occasionally be faulty.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of order and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days.

A credit for the goods will be made within 14 days or replacements will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of these goods.

Cancellations and complaints
You may cancel your order at anytime up to 14 working days after delivery by email: drink@watchetcidercompany.com Should you decide to cancel, all charges will be fully refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition.

The cost of returning goods when returned as not meeting statutory rights the cost will be borne by Watchet Cider Company.
